By accessing or using AMRO Pilot's platform and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Agentic AI Ltd ("AMRO Pilot," "we," "us," or "our").

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

AMRO Pilot provides an AI-powered content generation platform that enables users to:

• Website Analysis: Submit website URLs for automated crawling and keyword extraction
• Keyword Selection: Choose from extracted keywords for content targeting
• Article Generation: Generate SEO-optimized articles using artificial intelligence
• Content Management: Access, download, and manage generated articles
• Credit System: Purchase and use credits to generate content

Service Availability: We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend Services for maintenance, updates, or technical issues. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

Service Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time with reasonable notice to users.

3.1 Credit-Based Model

AMRO Pilot operates on a credit-based system where:

• Each article generation consumes a specified number of credits
• Credits are purchased through our secure payment system powered by Stripe
• Credits are non-refundable once purchased (except as required by law)
• Credits do not expire while your account remains active
• Unused credits may be forfeited if your account is terminated for Terms violations

3.2 Pricing and Payments

• All prices are displayed in the currency specified at checkout (typically USD or GBP)
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice to existing users
• Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe; we do not store full credit card details
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all purchases
• Failed payments may result in suspension of Services until payment is resolved

3.3 Refund Policy

Credits are generally non-refundable. However, we may provide refunds at our discretion in the following circumstances:

• Technical errors that prevented credit usage
• Duplicate charges due to system errors
• Service failures that prevented article generation
• Requests made within 14 days of purchase for unused credits (subject to evaluation)

3.4 Promotional Credits

Promotional credits or free trials may be offered at our discretion. These credits may have expiration dates and additional restrictions. Promotional credits cannot be combined with refund requests.

4.1 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Not sharing your account with others or allowing multiple users to access a single account

4.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use our Services to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene
• Create content that infringes intellectual property rights of others
• Produce spam, misinformation, or deceptive content
• Generate content promoting violence, discrimination, or hate speech
• Create content for fraudulent, malicious, or harmful purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models or algorithms
• Use automated systems to access Services beyond normal usage (rate limiting applies)
• Resell or redistribute Services without express written permission
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt our Services or servers

4.3 Content Standards

When using our Services, you must:

• Ensure you have permission to crawl and analyze websites you submit
• Respect robots.txt files and website terms of service
• Not use our Services to scrape or harvest data from websites without authorization
• Verify that generated content does not violate any laws or third-party rights before publication
• Take responsibility for reviewing and editing AI-generated content for accuracy and appropriateness

4.4 API and Technical Usage

• Rate limits apply to prevent abuse; excessive requests may be throttled or blocked
• You may not attempt to circumvent security measures or access restrictions
• Automated access requires prior written approval
• You must not interfere with other users' access to Services

5.1 Our Intellectual Property

AMRO Pilot and all associated intellectual property, including but not limited to:

• Software, code, algorithms, and AI models
• Trademarks, logos, and brand elements
• Website design, interface, and user experience
• Documentation, tutorials, and support materials

These remain the exclusive property of Agentic AI Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services for their intended purpose. This license does not convey any ownership rights.

5.2 Generated Content Ownership

Content generated using our AI platform:

• User Rights: You own the generated articles and may use them for any lawful purpose
• No Exclusivity: Similar content may be generated for other users; we do not guarantee uniqueness
• Our License: You grant us a limited license to use your generated content for service improvement, quality assurance, and AI model training
• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring generated content does not infringe third-party rights

5.3 User-Provided Content

By submitting URLs, keywords, or other data to our Services, you represent that:

• You have the right to submit such content
• Submission does not violate any third-party rights
• You grant us a license to process, analyze, and use this data to provide Services

5.4 DMCA and Copyright Complaints

If you believe content generated through our platform infringes your copyright, please contact us at info@amroagentic.com with detailed information about the alleged infringement. We will investigate and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law.

6.1 Service Disclaimers

AMRO Pilot Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy: We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content
• Quality: Content quality may vary; human review and editing are recommended
• SEO Results: We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings or traffic increases
• Availability: Services may be interrupted due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors beyond our control
• Third-Party Sites: We are not responsible for websites you submit for analysis or their terms of service

6.2 Content Disclaimer

6.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agentic AI Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from use or inability to use Services
• Damages caused by errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in generated content
• Damages from unauthorized access to your account or data

Our total liability for all claims arising from your use of Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £100 (whichever is greater).

6.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Agentic AI Ltd from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of Services or violation of these Terms
• Content you generate or publish using our platform
• Infringement of third-party rights
• Your breach of any laws or regulations

7.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Contacting us at info@amroagentic.com with a termination request
• Following the account deletion process in your account settings (if available)

Upon termination, you will lose access to all Services and generated content. Unused credits are non-refundable unless required by law.

7.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if:

• You violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
• Your account is used for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities
• Payment obligations are not met
• We are required to do so by law or legal authority
• Continued provision of Services poses security or legal risks

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination unless immediate action is required for legal or security reasons.

7.3 Effects of Termination

Upon termination of your account:

• Your access to Services will be immediately revoked
• All generated content may be deleted after 90 days
• Unused credits will be forfeited (no refunds unless legally required)
• Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive (e.g., liability limitations, indemnification) will continue to apply

7.4 Data Retrieval

You may request a copy of your generated content within 30 days of termination by contacting info@amroagentic.com. After this period, we cannot guarantee data availability.
